Army and Air Military Binocular Cases

These two cases needed re-stitching around the lid and on the hinge.

The AM case needed a new handle fitting.

Both in fantastic condition, considering their age – I think they both saw action during the second world war.

The army case had leather sewn over the metal of the buckle to prevent it from making any sound as the officer carrying it moved stealthily.

I’m so lucky, being asked to work on such beautiful items.

Drop me a message if you have any leather items that need repairing. If you send me photos I’m happy to give you an idea of how much any work would cost to do.

I’m based in north Lancashire, so if you’re local you can drop off your item, or you can use our great postal service. I recommend Royal Mail Special Delivery to guarantee your item arrived safely.
