I’m taking part in this year’s art festival, which is held on the last weekend of June (28-29 June 2025). There will be lots of different venues for you to visit throughout the villages of Silverdale, Arnside and Storth (on the border of north Lancashire and south Cumbria). Some venues, like the Arnside Methodist Hall, will host 10 artists and makers (including me!), whereas other venues are held at an individual’s workshop or studio.

The organisers of the event are working voluntarily: I built and maintain the website, Mandy Thornton is managing Faceboook posts, and Kay Loch and Gilli Slater, who got the ball rolling this year, are managing the venues. So we’d really appreciate any help in promoting the event. Maybe you can share some posts from our Facebook page? Or if you’re local and want to get involved with putting up signs and posters then please drop me an email.
